Description

Consists of a platinum wire electrode inserted through a rubber stopper fixed at the mouth of a borosilicate glass test tube. Platinum wire is thin and straight, immersed in electrolyte during experiments. The electrode is connected externally via a terminal for easy attachment to a power supply. Compact, simple construction ideal for use as an inert electrode.
