Description

For preparing thin sections for microscopic examination. Its action is based on a differential screw which moves the table and the specimen fixed to it by 0.01 mm for each graduation on the screw drum. One complete turn moves the table 0.25 mm. Constructed from Brass with chemical resistant blackened graduated drum. Dimensions 65 mm diameter x 75 mm. Supplied complete with stiff, single edged razor blade and table clamp in a wooden hinged wooden case. Can be clamped to table tops of up to 1.4″ thick.
