Description

Demonstrates the basic principle of hydraulic multiplication of force, as explained by Pascal’s Law. Plunger Vertical glass cylinder with piston and hook for weight suspension and Receiver Wider bore horizontal cylinder to demonstrate force transfer, both made of borosilicate glass, connected by a tubing and consists beaker to collect displaced water. Mounted on wooden stand.

Working Principle:

• Demonstrates Pascal’s Law using two connected cylinders of different diameters.
• When a small force is applied on the smaller piston, it transmits pressure through the fluid, exerting a larger force on the bigger piston.
• Demonstrates force multiplication using fluid mechanics.
