Description

Used to demonstrate the capillary rise and the relationship between capillary action and tube diameter. The apparatus comprises a rectangular sheet metal frame, the base of which takes the form of a trough for holding water. Six capillary tubes, each with a different bore, rest in the trough below and are supported by the upper part of the frame. Length of capillary tubes about 150mm.
