Observe the digits in two minutes and divide by five answers is wind velocity in kilometre per hour.

Example- Denote the 20 digits in 2 minutes then 20?5=4 so wind velocity is 4 kilometre per hour. It’s very accurate apparatus to observe wind velocity of the wind.
