The Linear Air Track is a highly precise apparatus used to study motion in a near-frictionless environment. By providing a cushion of air through two small holes 1mm diameter along the track surface, it allows gliders to move with minimal resistance, making it ideal for exploring the principles of dynamics, conservation of momentum, collisions, acceleration, and Newton’s laws of motion. Triangular section track made of aluminium with perforations. An inlet cover is given at one of the ends, which is connected to hose of an air blower.
