This sub-stage illuminator is designed to replace the standard mirror on a microscope. The mirror can be removed by loosening the retaining grub screw, allowing the illuminator to fit securely in its place. It provides light through a blue filter for improved contrast and image clarity. The unit is supplied with a bulb suitable for 220?240V AC, or optionally with a 12V 15W bulb as required.
