Two rods, one made of stainless steel and one of chrome-plated steel, each 1.5 metre long scale, are used for more advanced research. The engine divides the stainless rod into mm. Levelling screws are used to support these on heavy feet made of cast iron. Four specially designed metal sliders are machined to ensure smooth and precise bed movement. There is transverse slow-motion adjustment on two of the sliders. Consists six accessories, including one candle holder, two optical pins, two lens holders, and one screen ground glass.
