Made of stainless steel. Main scale is graduated to 0-12 cm (0 – 5 inches) in 0.1 cm increments and Vernier Scale 10 divisions = 9.9 mm providing a least count of 0.1 mm or 0.01 cm. External dimensions are measured using large jaws. Internal dimensions are measured using smaller jaws. Depth is measured using depth rod and step is measured using rear step. Provided with a screw lock for firm positioning of sliding jaw. It is Widely used for precise measurement of diameter, thickness, and depth of objects. Manufactured as per IS 3651:1995 standards.
